Turn your Wharton MBA Current Enrollment screenshots into a calendar file — with Fall 2026's quarter dates, breaks, and Thursday-schedule switch days handled for you.

1 Upload your enrollment screenshots

Upload both views if you want rooms and full titles — each one holds different information:

Schedule view (the weekly grid) → days, times, and which quarter each course runs in.
Enrollment List view (the table) → course titles, rooms, and instructors.

Drag & drop, click to browse, or paste (⌘V). One is enough to get started — or skip this entirely and add courses by hand below.

2 Review your courses

Fix anything the parser got wrong. Sessions shows exactly how many meetings the calendar will contain and the first → last date, so you can sanity-check each row. Choose Full (Penn calendar) for non-Wharton courses (they show blue in the legend — e.g. Lauder/language courses): those keep meeting through Wharton's exam & modular weeks and run to Dec 7.

3 Download your calendar

Import into Google Calendar (Settings → Import), Apple Calendar (double-click the file), or Outlook. Best imported into a new secondary calendar so you can delete/re-import cleanly.

The Fall 2026 rules baked into this page
  • Q1: Mon Aug 24 – Tue Oct 6 · Q2: Mon Oct 19 – Wed Dec 2 · Wharton full-semester = Q1 window + Q2 window (no classes Oct 7–16: core exams + modular term).
  • Penn-calendar (non-Wharton) courses: Tue Aug 25 – Mon Dec 7, meeting straight through Wharton's exam/modular weeks.
  • No classes: Labor Day (Mon Sep 7, no make-up) · Fall Break (Thu Oct 1 – Sun Oct 4) · Thanksgiving (Thu Nov 26 – Sun Nov 29). Wed Nov 25 is a normal class day.
  • Tue Oct 6 (Wharton only) and Tue Nov 24 (Wharton + Penn) run a Thursday schedule: Thursday-pattern classes meet, Tuesday-only classes don't. Tue/Thu classes simply meet as usual.
  • Modular-term courses (e.g. an Oct 12–15 intensive): enter the date range from the “Modular Sections” footnote; times are often TBD — all-day blocks are used unless you set times.
  • Core-exam times aren't in the enrollment screenshot, so they're not generated — add them from the core exam schedule.

Built by a Wharton/Lauder student. Your screenshots are read once to pull out the course list and then discarded — nothing is saved, stored, or logged, and there are no accounts. Calendar files are generated entirely in your browser. No guarantees — verify your dates against your syllabus. 🎓
